These terms govern your use of ClearToNL (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by ClearToNL, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Contact: ClearToNL@outlook.com.

2. What the Service is — and is not

• The Service provides automated, informational guidance on how a professional profile matches the criteria of the Dutch highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant) scheme. The result is a criteria match, never a chance of approval. Only the IND decides.
• We are not a law firm, immigration lawyer, recognised IND sponsor, recruitment agency or employment intermediary.
• We do not provide legal or immigration advice, do not file applications, do not represent you before the IND, and do not find, guarantee or promise employment.
• Only an IND-recognised sponsor (an employer) can apply for a highly skilled migrant permit. No result from the Service creates any right, permit or expectation.

3. Accuracy and third-party information

Salary thresholds, role criteria and policy summaries are indicative, change at least annually and may be out of date or incomplete. Results are generated in part by automated systems and artificial intelligence, which can produce errors. Always verify official requirements at ind.nl and, where the outcome matters, consult a qualified immigration lawyer.

Any list of recognised sponsors, recruitment agencies or employers we show is informational only. We have no affiliation, partnership or referral arrangement with any organisation listed, and we are not paid to list them. Sponsor data is our own point-in-time copy of the IND public register: inclusion means an organisation is permitted to sponsor, not that it is hiring or will sponsor you, and omission does not mean it cannot. Agency listings are compiled from public sources and are neither vetted nor ranked by quality.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
• You must give accurate answers; results based on inaccurate input have no value.
• You must give us only the data the questionnaire asks for. Do not submit special-category or identity data we never request — passport, BSN or V-number, health or medical records, religion or ethnicity, financial account details, or CV and document uploads.
• You must not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or bulk-extract the Service or its content.

5. Fees and payment

An assessment costs €10 (including any applicable taxes as displayed at checkout). One payment covers one assessment report. If a run fails because of a fault on our side, it is returned to you so you can try again. Payments are made through Revolut; we never receive or store your card details. Fees may change for future purchases.

After you have completed a €10 assessment you can optionally buy an expert profile and CV review for €25. A 45-minute video call reviewing your profile and CV to improve your interview chances. It is not legal or immigration advice, does not file anything, and does not guarantee a job or permit.

6. Refunds

The Service is digital content supplied immediately. See the Refund policy for how refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal apply.

7. Accounts and your data

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

• Your answers and report are deleted when you sign out, or 24 hours after the report is created — whichever comes first. Download the PDF of your report if you want to keep it.
• An unfinished assessment (a run was used but no report generated) is deleted after 7 days and the payment credit is returned to you.
• You can delete your account and data at any time with "Delete my account and data" on your account page.
• We keep your account email (so you can log in), payment records for 7 years (Dutch tax law), and anonymous run statistics that contain no answers.

We do not use your data for any purpose other than producing your own report. See the Privacy policy for detail.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of employment, relocation costs, application fees, or decisions taken by the IND or any employer. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

All content, scoring logic and materials remain our property. Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Changes

This is an early-stage service and we will improve it over time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
