Refund policy

The €10 fee buys digital content that is delivered immediately after payment. Before checkout you expressly agree that delivery starts at once and that you therefore waive the 14-day EU right of withdrawal for that content, as permitted under consumer law.

When we do refund

• You were charged but no report was generated.
• You were charged more than once for the same report.
• The report is materially defective or unreadable and we cannot fix it.

When we do not refund

• You disagree with the outcome, or the result says you are unlikely to qualify.
• Your answers were inaccurate or incomplete.
• You did not obtain a job, sponsorship or a permit.

To request a refund, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of purchase with your transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
