Privacy & data policy

We designed this Service to need as little data about you as possible. Placeholders marked [BRACKETS] must be completed before going live.

Data we deliberately do not collect

Do not enter, and we do not ask for: date of birth, phone number, home address, passport or ID numbers, BSN, V-number, health or medical records, religion, ethnicity, financial account details, or CV/document uploads. If you send such data anyway, we will delete it.

Data we do process

• Questionnaire answers: age band (not date of birth), nationality status (EU / non-EU), profession field, education level, experience range, salary band, language levels, relocation timing.
• Account data (when accounts launch): email address and a hashed password, used only to log you in and show your saved reports.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider. We receive only a transaction reference and status — never your card number.
• Technical data: minimal server and security logs.

Why (legal basis)

Performance of a contract (delivering your report), legitimate interests (security, service improvement in aggregated form), and legal obligations (tax records for payments).

AI processing

Your anonymous answers are sent to an AI provider to generate your report. They are not used to train third-party models under our configuration, and they contain no identifiers.

Retention

Saved reports are kept until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Anonymous, aggregated statistics may be retained indefinitely.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for session and security. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
