1. Three guided steps

Date of birth, nationality, field, education, experience, current and target salary, languages, whether your profession is regulated, and how fast you could move — the thresholds are age-tiered and nationality-dependent, so we ask for exactly what the rules need and nothing more.
2. Scored against a curated IND rulebook
We maintain the highly skilled migrant salary thresholds, orientation-year rules, EU Blue Card comparison and role-eligibility patterns in one reviewed knowledge base — so answers are fast, cheap and consistent instead of scraped live from sites that block automated access.
3. A plain-English verdict
Strong fit, borderline or unlikely, with the specific reasons and the gaps worth fixing first. If the route is closed for your profile, we say so instead of selling you a package.
4. Reviewed and updated
IND thresholds change every January. When they do, the rulebook is updated and your saved reports show which threshold year they were based on.
5. Your data is deleted after 365 days
Your assessment data is automatically deleted 365 days after the date of your assessment. ClearToNL does not use any user's data for anything other than producing your own report. We never sell it, never share it with employers or recruiters, and never use it to train anyone's models. You can ask us to delete everything sooner at any time.
